using special mixing function and high plasticizing,ability design, good plasticizing, mixing effect is good, high yield;

The bubble forming roller adopts special internal circulation cold water design
which ensures the good bubble shaping effect under the high speed operation of the machine.

Processing step:
1.raw material is melted
2.2 layers of high temperature film is extruded
3.Forming cylinder
4.Compression cylinder
5.Cooling cylinder
6.Rough edges are trimmed, slitting is performed
7.Trimmed edges are collected
8.Tension applied to finished product.
