Machine Apllication:
EPE FOAM EXTRUSION LINE is dedicated to the production of EPE material, is a new type of flexible packaging material, with good elasticity, impact resistance and other characteristics, has excellent decompression, shockproof performance, and low cost, high grade, has become a popular new environmental protection packaging material in the market.

The equipment is made of polyethylene plastic particles LDPE, after heating, melting, extrusion, catalysis, foaming to form pearl cotton sheet, bar, pipe, U profile, V profile, fruit mesh and other plastic materials.The material is characterized by sound insulation, heat insulation, impact resistance, anti-friction, shockproof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, anti-deformation, non-toxic, no peculiar smell, good elasticity and so on.It can be made into 0.5-25mm sheet material, can also be made into a variety of packaging materials and filling materials by composite, film, widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, craft products, ceramic products, lighting, computer products, furniture and other packaging.

The machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, scientific design, national standard configuration, energy saving, high efficiency and easy operation. The production line is composed of extrusion unit and anti-shrinkage unit.Butane gas injection unit, die head, shaping drum and wind ring unit, traction unit, control unit, static electricity elimination, automatic net change, unwinding and rewinding unit.The outstanding technology of this machine is the use of two foaming die head and air pressurization system, the former can make the machine running more stable, the product is lighter, the density is more uniform, the latter makes the machine running more safe, save the cost of machine use.
